I’m working on a Cover Letter and resume for a term teaching position.....anybody else hate writing Cover Letters about themselves? I always feel so conceited and always feel like I missed something....”Look how great I am!” :/
And, for your daily dose of FIAT-ness.....
Nothing conceited about this little fella though....basic, simple little car with a lot of quirky charm! :)

I know! Can’t stand it....resume’s aren’t quite as bad, but I always feel like listing a lot of stuff, and they are only supposed to be a page or two....
FIAT Regata? Such unassuming cars. I always liked their side profile with that sortof....’space’ above the rear taillights! :)

I discovered this fall as I was trying to write a cover letter for the first non-Parks Canada job in a long time that I really have no idea how to write a non-government cover letter.
I hate applying for jobs. It’s like “hey I can do this, just give me the job and if it doesn’t work out no hard feelings.” None of this “so talk about yourself forever” BS.

Think of it like selling a car. The person who is considering the purchase needs to know the make, model, year, and details (engine, manual/auto, sport package, etc.); plus anything that is pertinent to the purchase. This Fiat was once driven over the Alps by James Dean! This Fiat was an extra in the last Bond movie - see it in the street scene at 1:22:43.
In the same way, the employer needs to know who you are, what qualifies you for the position, and what differentiates you from all of the other qualified applicants.
